Diamoro uses only professional express parcel operators selected on the basis of the destination and value of the product. You will always receive a shipping number to track the status of your package.
Diamoro bears the insurance costs of the shipment. In case of damage or loss of the package during transport, Diamoro will refund the amount paid for the online purchase or, if you wish, a new order will be prepared.
For all EEC countries, shipments are free. Outside the EEC, shipping cost is € 15 for purchases below € 350, and is free for purchases over € 350.
If not specified, your package will always be like the one in the picture: a cardboard box covered with a white envelope, wrapped in white adhesive tape with our D.com logo. It is impossible to open our package during transport without breaking it partially or totally.
If you notice an anomaly when your package is delivered: open or damaged cardboard box, adhesive tape different from ours, you can refuse the package or accept writing in the delivery receipt "goods unchecked" for the following reason: open parcel, damaged parcel or other.
