Withdrawal

 

Following the European regulations related to purchases by correspondence, the clients of Diamoro benefit of the guaranty «satisfied or reimbursed».

This right to retraction can be claimed within a deadline of 15 days as from the reception of the parcel.

 

The client who wishes to claim its right to retraction will have to send an e-mail before the end of the 15 days time limit to the following e-mail address: return@diamoro.com

 

No justification is needed to claim ones right to withdrawal.

The client will just have to inform Diamoro of its intention to render the jewel and specify the number of the order along with the references of the product. Diamoro will then authorise that the product be sent back.

Diamoro pulls your attention to the fact that the costs for delivery are to be taken in charge by the client.

Diamoro declines any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the jewel, indeed the client will have to take the necessary measures to assure safe delivery.

Upon receipt of the product, Diamoro will reimburse the entire amount wired by the client for the purchase.

 

Important remarks

 

The guaranty «satisfied or reimbursed» is only valid under the following conditions:

  • The product may not present any scratches, bumps or traces of usury.

  • The product must be sent back in its original package and accompanied with its certificate.

  • The label must still be attached to the product.
