Guaranty and assistance with the products

All the jewels presented on the Diamoro.com catalogue are made of gold 750 thousandth, thus in other words, 18 carat gold. The diamonds set on the jewels are VS purity and G colour. Any other diamond quality will be punctually specified.

In order to avoid an excessive cost of the finished product, the set diamonds are not guaranteed by the big laboratories of gemmology (GIA, HRD, IGI…).

However, each jewel is accompanied by a Diamoro certificate that guarantees their authenticity and principal characteristics.

Prior to every delivery, each jewel is submitted to a meticulous quality control. However, in the eventuality of a manufacture default, Diamoro guarantees the jewel during one year as from the date of purchase.

An estimation can be requested on line for any repairs due to inappropriate use or due to normal wearing effect of the jewel.
